Our manufacturing capabilities include brass and other metal alloys with having foundries in house. We manufacture standard and custom forged and extruded metal components for multitude of industrial use. Each of our components are made with high precision CNC machines and annealed, surface treated, and/or plated as per our customers needs to achieve highest mechanical, electrical, and corrosion resistant properties.
Achieving Perfection
For melting and casting to forging and machining, from heat treatments to polishing and plating, our 100,000 sq ft manufacturing facility allows us to control each step of the process backed by state of the art machinery and quality control processes. Lastly, our people are our most critical capabilities. They have been linchpin in ensuring the culture of perfection and culture of quality ownership at every stage of design, manufacturing, and fabrication of fittings and metal components.
